Software Download Purchases

At the time of checkout, shopplugin.net will obtain authorization from the credit card or payment method you have provided to the Shopp Store. An email receipt is sent immediately after a successful purchase is completed with a link to begin downloading your purchases. The download link will not allow access to purchases that may be delayed due to a pending transaction.

An account is created during checkout, and may be used to make additional purchases. Your account will provide access to your purchase history, including links to download any past purchases.

Refund Policy

All software download purchases from the Shopp Store are non-refundable. Software, once copied, cannot be returned like a physical product thereby offering no protection to shopplugin.net for fraudulent returns.

The Shopp plugin and its official add-ons are licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (version 3, see the full GPL license for details.) Shopp is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty. See the license for full details.

Support Policy

Fees collected for purchases from the Shopp Store are distribution fees. These fees cover the service of product distribution, and limited distribution for product updates.

These fees should not be construed as payment for additional services such as technical support.
