Page Not Found

A “Page Not Found” or WordPress 404 error page is shown instead of the expected Shopp page or pages.

Known Causes

This situation normally occurs when the Shopp endpoints are not added to the WordPress rewrite rules. This causes WordPress to not handle typical Shopp page requests, and since no equivalent page exists in WordPress, the soft 404 page is delivered by WordPress.

The easiest solution is to force WordPress to update the rewrite rules. To force refresh the rewrite rules, simply login to the WordPress admin and navigate to SettingsPermalinks. By simply loading the Permalinks settings screen, WordPress will rebuild the permalink rewrite rules.

Visit a Shopp page URL on the site to verify that the Shopp pages are now working.
