Known Causes

A connection to the activation server was successful, but the server provided an empty response.

This can be caused by temporary spot maintenance on the activation key server that is not being treated as a formal maintenance period. This usually would mean the problem would be very temporary and likely an intermittent issue in the case of ongoing maintenance work.

It can also indicate a problem with the key activation server that the Shopp team should be aware of.


You can try contacting customer service on the Help Desk to alert them to the problem.
