Engineer support credits work the same as priority support credits with the same priority responses for your issue except support will be provided directly from the developers of Shopp. Each credit applies to a single, discrete support incident.

Support credits are easy to use.

Buy a support credit and login to the Shopp Support site with the same account you bought the credit with. Create a new support ticket on the Help Desk, and set your ticket priority to your support credit. Then submit your ticket and our support team will jump into action.
